What an incredible experience at Seme AD 2025 at the Universidade de São Paulo (USP) in São Paulo, Brazil! We were absolutely delighted to bring our EDI4CSR workshop, led by our dedicated UBI partner, to this prestigious event on November 14, 2025.

A Resounding Success in São Paulo!

Our second workshop was a fantastic success, marked by truly diverse and engaged participants! The room was filled with inspiring voices from the LGBTQ+ community, disabled attendees, and Black, Indigenous, and people of colour, all contributing to a rich and inclusive discussion on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

The session was vibrant and interactive, focusing on:

Deepening the understanding of EDI concepts.
Sharing personal experiences and organizational barriers, particularly faced by racially minoritized groups.
Collaboratively forging innovative strategies to embed EDI into real-world CSR practices.

The level of engagement and the passion for creating more inclusive organizations was truly infectious!

On to Fortaleza!

We‘re so honored that our efforts were recognized! Based on the overwhelming positive response and success of this workshop, we’ve been invited back to host a new edition of the workshop in Fortaleza, Brazil, this coming February 2026!
