EDI4CSR Kick-off Meeting

The EDI4CSR project partners (IAIS, UBI, and IDOP) met face-to-face at the University of Beira Interior for a productive three-day meeting to sign contracts and plan research, focusing on establishing inclusive, sustainable, and future-oriented work cultures in adult education, non-profits, and SMEs across Malta, Portugal, and Croatia.

From 20–22 March, IAIS (Malta), UBI (Portugal), and IDOP (Croatia) met at the University of Beira Interior for the face-to-face meeting, contract signing and research planning of the project — “Equity, Diversity & Inclusion as CSR: Navigating Future-Ready Workspaces with DDAL.” (EDI4CSR)

The event included fun ice-breaker activities, project coordination discussions, dissemination presentations, presentation of our findings in the CSR Convention in September, as well as a great campus tour at UBI joining the community on their celebration of National Forest Day and International Poetry Day.

It was a great productive meeting of partners collaborating on establishing inclusive, sustainable, and future-oriented work cultures in adult education, non-profit organizations, and small and medium enterprises in Malta, Portugal and Croatia.
