We were thrilled to contribute to the successful 23rd SRRNet Conference on Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability, hosted by Universidade da Beira Interior (UBI), as a key part of the EDI4CSR project! Our dedicated UBI partner led this successful representation.

The conference brought together 85 participants from 21 countries, including Australia, Brazil, Canada, India, Portugal, Spain, and the UK, for an inspiring global exchange on how Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) can drive responsible and future-ready organizations.

Our interactive workshop focused on integrating EDI into CSR frameworks. Through a highly collaborative and hands-on session, we achieved the following:
• Introduced the foundational concepts of equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI).
• Engaged participants in discussions about the real-world challenges and barriers to EDI within their own organizations.
• Explored organizational cultures and current practices related to EDI.
• Collaboratively developed innovative solutions to address the identified challenges.

This session sparked meaningful discussions, deep reflections, and the generation of innovative ideas for embedding EDI within Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) frameworks. We're genuinely inspired by the energy and commitment shown by everyone involved and look forward to continuing this vital journey toward more inclusive and sustainable workspaces!
